Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Once you place your order, our team gets to work creating your personalised teddy. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item is dispatched. We currently offer standard delivery on all orders. You\'ll receive a confirmation once your teddy is on its way.

During busier periods (such as the run-up to Christmas or other seasonal occasions), production times may take a little longer, we\'ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will let you know of any delays.

Returns

Because every teddy is made specially for you with your own personal touches, we\'re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items, unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.
