  • The photo(s) you upload for personalisation
  • Your order history

If you contact us by email, we’ll retain those communications to help resolve your query.

  • To fulfil, process, and deliver your order
  • To contact you about your order status
  • To send you marketing emails, if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations

Lawful basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of contract (to fulfil your order) and legitimate interests (to operate and improve our business). Where we send marketing communications, we rely on your consent.

Who we share your data with

  • Royal Mail — your name and address to deliver your order
  • Our payment processor — to handle payment securely
  • WooCommerce / Automattic — our e-commerce platform

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain order records for 7 years for accounting and legal purposes. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Photos uploaded for personalisation are retained for a short period after dispatch in case of a quality dispute, then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations)
  • Object to marketing at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email
