Every bear is made to order, so allow 3 to 5 working days for production, plus 1 to 2 days for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. In most cases you're looking at around 5 to 7 days from placing your order to it landing on the doorstep. If the birthday is coming up quickly, it's worth ordering as early as you can to give yourself plenty of breathing room.
