What personalisation options are available on the birthday bears?
Depending on the style you choose, you can personalise your bear with a name, a short message, or a favourite photo. The personalisation is sublimation printed directly onto the bear's tummy, so the colours are vivid and the print becomes a permanent part of the bear itself. Some styles also include text printed onto the feet. Each product listing shows exactly which options are available for that bear.
Can I upload a photo, and does it need to be high resolution?
Yes, a number of our birthday bears accept a photo upload. You don't need a professional image either. Our team manually edits and optimises every photo before it goes to print, adjusting colours, lighting, and cropping to make sure it looks its best on the bear. High resolution is always helpful, but we work with what you've got.
How long will it take to arrive in time for the birthday?
Each bear is made to order, so please allow 3 to 5 working days for production. Once your bear is ready, it's dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, which typically takes 1 to 2 days to arrive. In total, you're looking at around 4 to 7 working days from order to doorstep. If the birthday is coming up fast, it's worth ordering as early as you can.
Who are these birthday bears suitable for?
Our bears are CE certified and suitable for ages 3 and above, so they're a great fit for children's birthdays. That said, plenty of our bears go to adults too.
