2. Your order

All orders are for personalised, made-to-order goods. By submitting an order you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or over, or are placing the order with the consent of a parent or guardian
  • You have the right to use the photo(s) you upload
  • The image does not infringe any third-party copyright, privacy, or other rights

3. Personalisation

We reserve the right to decline orders where uploaded images are of an inappropriate nature, clearly infringe third-party rights, or are of insufficient quality to produce a satisfactory result. If we decline your image, you will be notified and a full refund issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK VAT. Free UK delivery is included in the listed price. We reserve the right to update prices, but any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

5. Cancellation

Because your bear is personalised specifically for you, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before production starts, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@heartsandsew.co.uk.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Intellectual property

The Heart & Sew name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be reproduced without our permission. You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
