Every photo is hand-edited by our team before it goes to print. We adjust colours, sort the lighting, and make sure everything looks as good on the bear as it does on your phone. The sublimation printing process bonds the image directly into the fabric, so the colours are vivid and the print is permanent. This is not a sticker or a patch. It becomes part of the bear.
The bear itself is a proper character. Deep auburn fur with longer, wilder tufts across the head and shoulders give it real texture, while the smooth cream tummy panel is where the personalisation lives, large, prominent, and perfect for a full-colour print. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Once you place your order, our team gets to work creating your personalised teddy. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your item is dispatched. We currently offer standard delivery on all orders. You\'ll receive a confirmation once your teddy is on its way.
During busier periods (such as the run-up to Christmas or other seasonal occasions), production times may take a little longer, we\'ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will let you know of any delays.
Returns
Because every teddy is made specially for you with your own personal touches, we\'re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items, unless the product arrives faulty or damaged.
